Osa Peninsula question

We will be staying in an eco lodge in Drake Bay for several days (Feb). I was thinking of also staying in the Golfo Dulce area for a change of scenery for a few days afterward. Will the change of scenery/locale be worth the possible inconvenience/cost of moving to another place?
Thank you in advance for your comments/suggestions.

how long in Osa?

Thinking of staying in 2 different places ( Gulfo Dulce and Drake Bay) for 3 and 4 days respectively. Both sound nice; wondering if that's too long. Interested in wildlife, kayaking, birds, but not obsessed.
Also, can anyone comment on getting from one place to the other, specifically getting from Puerto Jimenez to Drake Bay. Is it an expensive taxi/shuttle ride?
Thank you!
P.S. I realized I replied to my own post, but couldn't figure out how to make a new post.

We stayed at Bosque del Cabo and loved it. Saw a lot of nice wildlife there including all four species of monkeys, an anteater, toucans, and scarlet macaws.

Very dated info, but we have stayed in both Drake Bay and Gulfo Dulce, for slightly longer than your times. Also stayed at the ranger stations in Corcovado NP. In no case did we feel like it was too long. The visits were in the January dry season. Given your stated interests I think it's a good plan and not too long.

Several years ago I stayed a couple of nights in Drake Bay. I got there by bus from Palmar Norte to Sierpe and boat from Sierpe to Drake Bay. I have not been to Puerto Jimenez but it seems like Groupo Blanco has one early morning bus from Puerto Jimenez to Palmar Norte. The least expensive option will probably be to take the bus to Palmar Norte, change to the Sierpe bus and take the boat from Sierpe to Drake Bay.
